By accessing or using SimplerBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SimplerBook is a web-based appointment scheduling platform for solopreneurs and small businesses. The Service allows you to create a public booking page, manage appointments, send automated email reminders, and maintain customer records.

SimplerBook does not process payments. All payment arrangements between business owners and their customers are handled outside of the platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@simplerbook.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications.

Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Impersonate another person or entity.

Collect or harvest data from other users without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by SimplerBook and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

SimplerBook and the SimplerBook logo are trademarks of SimplerBook. You may not use them without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create on SimplerBook, including your business profile, service descriptions, and customer notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplerBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimplerBook, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of California.
