Service Providers: We use Convex (backend infrastructure and database hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery) to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.

Business Owners & Customers: When a customer books an appointment, their booking information is shared with the business owner. Business owners' public profile information (name, business name, services) is visible on their booking page.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Booking records and customer data associated with your account are retained for the duration of your account's existence. Business owners can delete individual customer records at any time.
